Karen I. Miller has over 30 years of experience as a fundraiser in both the political and charitable arenas across Canada. Through her extensive work as a volunteer and many Board positions, Karen has earned the respect of her peers and those who support the many projects she has worked on. She has fostered and secured personal relationships and direct access to key business leaders, decision-makers and political figures across Canada.
Karen decided to make her life passion her work and the concept of K.I.M. Inc. was born and has since blossomed into one of Canada’s premier fundraising companies.
She is known to get the job done and does not take no for an answer!
Jerry McDonnell
Vice President - Marketing and Creative Director
Jerry McDonnell has 30 years of experience in advertising, marketing and creative design on some of the most successful and largest projects in Canada and the U.S.
He worked for Saffer, Cravit and Freedman, the largest retail advertising agency in Canada for 20 years as Senior Vice President of Marketing, Creative and Client Services. Clients included Labatt, General Motors, Home Hardware, Ann Taylor, Zales and the Bay. As a consultant, Jerry’s clients included Xerox and TD Canada Trust.
A partner in K.I.M. Inc., Canada’s premier fundraising and event company, his creativity is brought to bear in creating unique branding materials, marketing strategies, and event design. He also is a fundraiser on many successful campaigns. One such notable was The Shakespeare Works Theatre Project that raised over a million dollars for the local Toronto theatre.
