K.I.M. Inc. is more than an event planner, we are involved with every stage in the development of an event. From the design of the project plan to the creation and design of logos, videos, printed materials and speeches, all of our projects are handled with care by our experienced team. We have produced and orchestrated benchmark events that have included noted Canadian dignitaries as part of our Celebrity Program.

Volunteer Programs
In any successful event the right execution of the volunteer program is critical. Depending on the scope of the event, upwards of 100 volunteers may be required. K.I.M. Inc. recognizes this and can work with the client’s volunteers. To many charities, volunteers are their lifeblood and we work with them closely to not only ensure the job gets done, while at the same time the volunteers feel included and a sense of pride.
